|
Shanghai is the largest economic and trade center in the country. It is also an ideal "shopping paradise", as well as a famous historical and cultural city. You may see all kinds of Chinese ancients arts in the Shanghai Museum, and have a wonderful bird's-eye view of Shanghai City when you visit the Oriental Pearl TV tower.
Day 1 ( L, )
Arrive at Shanghai. Be transferred to the hotel with your private guide & vehicle. Free on your own for the rest of the day.
Day 2 (B, L, )
Have one day tour to the Bund, Nanjing Road, Jade Buddha Temple, Yu Garden & Yu Market.
- The Bund: Is home to a myriad of European-styled buildings that face the Huangpu River. Home to chic restaurants and shopping opportunities, the Bund is a must-see site when visiting Shanghai. Architectural styles include gothic, baroque, Romanesque, and renaissance period.
- Nanjing Road: The busiest and trendiest shopping precinct in Shanghai.
- Jade Buddha Temple: It is one of the main tourist highlights in Shanghai and it's also one of the most active temples in China. If you're lucky, you can watch the monks attending a ceremony in a side room.
- Yu Garden: Is built in classic architectural style of the Ming Dynasty. It was a private garden and has a 400 year history. In front of the garden is a market called Yu Market.

Day 3 (B, L, )
Have one day tour to the Shanghai Museum, Children's Palace & Oriental Pearl TV Tower.
- Shanghai Museum: The biggest museum in China, with a collection of over 120,000 pieces of Chinese art & cultural relics. The museum is especially famous for its treasure of bronzes, ceramics, paintings, and calligraphy.
- Oriental Pearl TV Tower: Standing by the Huangpu River at 468 meters high, Oriental Pearl TV Tower is the highest TV Tower in Asia.
- Shanghai Children's Palace: The Shanghai Children's Palace provides after school education for gifted children. Children participate in a wide range of extracurricular activities such as music, dance, art, model making, science, technology and computer science. The palace hosts many art performances and science and technology contests which attracts thousands of youngsters.
Day 4 (B, )
Be transferred to the airport for the flight to the next destination.
