As China's first five-star deluxe river cruise ships, the "East King" and the "East Queen", owned and managed by Hubei Orient Royal Cruise Ship Limited, are

respectively started operation in August 1994 and April 1995. It is the best ship on the Yangtze River.

Both the "East King " and the "East Queen " have Finland made diesel engines (Arsela 8R 22126), widely recognized as one of the best medium speed engines in the world. At least 65% of the luxurious interiors are imported from Europe and America. The navigation system is supplied by the Japanese firm-FUR UNO and the satellite communications by the Norwegian Firm EB. The Danish "Hi-Pres " air-conditioning ensures a comfortable temperature of around 220C in every corner onboard.

With careful designs and elaborate equipment, both ships provide international standard of comfort and service unmatched on the river. Both ships boast well sanitation Conditions. There is a clinic with a doctor on the boat and sufficient Common medicines. All the cleaning cloths are used only once. And the boat is disinfected with Johnston products before the passengers board it. They try to keep every corner on the boat ventilated by opening every possible window or gate. All the appliances, like towels, sheets, dishware, and bathrooms in the cabin are disinfected with Johnson products or distilled.

Itinerary

Voyage: Chongqing to Yichang
Days Chongqing to Yichang (Down Stream)
D1 Transfer from airport (or from your hotel) to the cruiser, board on the ship before 22:00pm.
D2 Departs Chongqing at 7:00AM~ 09:00AM. Shore excursion to Fengdu Ghost City, Fengdu is where the devil lives, according to Chinese legend. They say that spirits go to heaven, and evil goes to Fengdu. The town is overlooked by Ming Shan Hill, home of Tianzi, the King of the Dead. The whole place has an eerie feel to it with deserted streets, tower blocks, empty shops and banks. The only people here are those who make a living from visiting cruise boats.
D3 Shore excursion to Shennong Stream(10:00AM-13:30PM). -Shennong Stream is a small tributary of the Yangtze River, and its fast-flowing, crystal clear water runs southwards through deep gorges. The stream races past large and small karst caves, flocks of swallows, sheer cliffs, deep gorges, waterfalls, three-colored springs, rapids, the ancient plank path, a suspended coffin in the cliff, groups of ancient tombs and marvelous karst formations.
D4 Shore excursion to Three Gorges Dam site (08:00AM-10:00AM). Have lunch onboard. It will be 2,335 meters long, 185 meters high, 18 meters wide on the top and 130 meters wide at the bottom.

Days Yichang to Chongqing (Up Stream)

The construction of the dam formally began in 1994. The body of the dam was completed in 2003, and the whole construction will be competed in 2009. Aboard the cruise: You should arrive at Chongqing before 22:00PM to aboard the cruise on the first day. You can tell us your flight  number (or  train number) and arrival time, or hotel you stay in Chongqing. our guide will pick you up and drive you to the port to aboard the ship.
Price Include:
Crusier accommodations, three meals everyday, shore excursions specified on the itinerary. the accommodation is based on one standard bed per person.
 
 
How to Book?
You can book online or by email, tell us your flight number/ arrival time to Chongqing or Yichang, or the hotel you stay in either city, we will pick you up from the airport(or hotel) to the cruiser. you will receive our confirmation email and voucher after your booking. 
Note: There are only two beds in a cabin. Most of the ships do not provide extra bed, so you may need to reserve another cabin, or a half cabin (0.5 cabin) for the third person (for an adult or a big child) .
If you want to take a whole cabin for the third person, a single supplement of 75% to 100% of a single ticket is required. If you only take a half cabin, or only "a bed", the price is the same but he/she need to share the cabin with a stranger.
