 Tour Itinerary
Day 1 Lhasa
Pick up from the Lhasa airport and transfer to the hotel, have a good rest to acclimate the high altitude in the afternoon, Free day, Overnight in Lhasa.
Day 2 Tibet potala palace, Jokhang Temple,Barkor Market (B,L,D)
1,Pick up from your hotel around 08:30 to 9:00 am.Drive to the Tibet potala palace, It is a huge treasure house for materials and articles of Tibetan history, religion, culture and arts.
2,After lunch, drive to and visit Jokhang Temple - is the holiest site in Tibet and is the ultimate pilgrimage destination for Tibetan Buddhists.
3,Then we will drive to Barkor Market which is the earliest street of old Lhasa city
4,After the dinner transfer to your hotel after the tour. Overnight in Lhasa.
Day 3 Sera Monastery, summer palace Norbulingka, Drepung Monastery(B,L,D)
1,Pick up from your hotel around 08:30 to 9:00 am.Drive to Sera Monastery-The three Gelug monasteries of Sera, Drepung and Ganden were known collectively as the "Pillars of the State".
2,After lunch, drive to and visit summer palace Norbulingka - Norbulingka, meaning Treasure Park, was first built in the forties of the eighteenth century, covering a space of 40 hectares after continuous expansion by the Dalai Lamas.
3,Then we will drive to Drepung Monastery which is the Drepung Monastery is known as the most important monastery of Gelugpa in Tibetan Buddhism.
4,After the dinner transfer to your hotel after the tour. Overnight in Lhasa.
Day 4 Lhasa/ Draksum Tso / Bayi Town (B,L,D)
After breakfast, drive from Lhasa to Nyingchi. On the way you will cross over Mila Pass, enjoy the scenery along the Niyang River. Afternoon drive to visit Draksum Tso, also known as Basum-Tso. The lake and its surrounding views are beautiful and the site is also connected to the semi-mythical ruler of the Kham region and Guru Rinpoche. Late afternoon drive to Bayi, overnight in Bayi Town.
Day 5 Bayi / Cypress Forest /Lhasa (B+L+D)
Morning drive to visit Nyingchi Ancient Cypress Forests and also you will have a chance to see Lulang Forest far away from Lulang Sightseeing Plat, afternoon drive back to Lhasa. Overnight in Lhasa.
Day 6 Lhasa airport /train station dropping off (B)
Pick up from your hotel and transfer to airort/train to connect your flight/train
